What age will she stop growing

My girl Luna is a 16 week old Cane Corso x Pressa Canario. She's coming along nicely and is almost shoulder to shoulder with my adult American Bulldog.
The Vet told me she will grow until about 9 months, which sounded rather quick. I expect her to be close to full height by then but not filled out or at full adults weight by then.

Having googled it, the general opinion seems to be that a mastiff will grow until 3 - 4 years. Which in turn sounds a little on the long side.

When can I expect my big girls to be full Shetland pony sized? :)

Typically 3 years for a mastiff. :)

If your vet really considers your dog full grown/adult at 9 months I would consider seeking another vet as they don't seem to be familiar with large breed dogs.

To be fair it was just a young nurse who was there to weigh her and give us flea treatment.
I possibly overstated her position.

My EM stopped getting taller just after a year old but he didn't stop filling out until he was a couple months shy of 5 years old.

Thought she would hit full height around there. She's sprouting at an impressive rate. But all legs and really gangly, so there's plenty filling out to be done

Bailey's Mom

Bailey has finally finished growing. I tried last year's winter coat on her yesterday and it didn't even nearly fit...her ribs have expanded (not fat) that much. Bailey will be 5 next April 22. Her height is stable and has been for a year or two, but her size has changed....last year she grew into her head which was over-sized. Now she looks like an authoritative Corso when she is on alert - Head forward and chest expanded, stiff like a reed that would break, but ...but...the so cute little puffer ball half way up her tail has gone.... So cute. A little puffed up orb half way up her tail would puff out when she was warning someone to stay clear. Baby...grrr. So cute, but gone now.

Diesel has that same puffer! Are you saying he may one day lose it? That makes me a bit sad. :-(
