English Mastiff puppy weights

I was wondering what are good weights for a EM pup at 6 weeks to 8 weeks. We are looking at a pup thats 9 pounds and just turned 6 weeks. Our last boy was 22 pounds at 7 so weeks so we are a little concerned with this pup.

Look at his parents. This is really the only option you have to get an idea of how he will grow. Some small puppies grow larger than bigger puppies and vice versa. Some don't. As long as his body shape is healthy that's all that matters.

My symba is 15 weeks today and 40lbs. They grow so fast he is so beautifuland the best dog I ever owned

It really depends on bloodlines. Some bloodlines are slow growers and some are very fast growers. My bloodlines are very slow growers. They are usually right around 15-20 lbs at 8 weeks. I've had some bigger and some smaller. But they all grow to be very big dogs. It usually takes them around 3 years to fully mature. Here are some general puppy weights of some of my litters:

8 weeks: 15-20 lbs
6 months: 65-80 lbs
12 months: 100-120 lbs
18 months: 140-155
24 months: 160-175
36 months: 180-220

Personally, I would rather have a slow grower. I've seen a few fast growing puppies crying in pain from growing pains.

Not quite 4 months and my female EM is almost 40lbs

Update...next week will be 4 months (on the 5th) and tonight she's 43lbs...I am guessing she'll be close to 45lbs so I think she's doing well. I can see that she is growing taller and taller each day, her legs are very thick but her frame has not began to expand (to be expected)

She is doing great, only a few accidents in the house and sweet as can be. I've started on some obedience and so far she is learning very quickly. What an amazing breed!
