Hi
Millie is doing really well at 6.5 months and last week came out of the crate. She's now un-crated 100% of the time. I set a camera up to see what she did while I was at work (she still has a walk with her sitter at lunchtime) and she basically sleeps, sleeps and sleeps some more.
However, yesterday her sitter sent me a picture of her lovely soft mattress style bed...... minus the stuffing!! Millie had decided that it was obviously great fun to tear her bed apart! She had left it alone the whole of last week and just decided to do it yesterday. So she is now in the round plastic bed with vet bed laid down in it for comfort. But it really doesn't look comfortable..... she rucks up the vet bed so that she is basically just laying on the plastic. We have hard wood floors with no rugs at all.
Can anyone recommend a bed for a dog that may take a liking to destroying them? I've seen raised beds but wonder how mastiffs get on with these? I've seen the beds advertised as being ultra durable but wonder if they really are? They're not cheap!
Many thanks!
