Mixing kibble with raw frozen?

Should be fine. Frozen gave them a bit of gas over thawed. But I have fed both at the same time and food is just food in the stomach.

I usually feed kibble in the morning and raw at night, just because its easier for me to make sure they are getting the right amount of food.

I agree, should be fine. Some dogs are more sensitive than others, but technically, there shouldn't be a problem.

The rumors of mixing raw (even if frozen) and dry kibble causing problems have been debunked by science.

We have successfully done that, too. No problems at all. It actually makes the food more "interesting", and I could tell that our EM loves the combination.

I've read in many places not to mix. But that is just what I read not by experience. I switched from kibble to raw and since I have switched that day he has not had a piece of kibble. I figure if I am feeding him raw to have a better diet why give him crap food with it. It is like trying to get healthy and eating healthy all day to only f it up eating twinkies and cookies before bed. :p
