2 Year Old Cane Corso Back Leg Limp

I own an almost 3 year old Cane Corso. She weighs in at 115 lbs and since Late July to now of this year we have been working through trying to diagnose a limp in her back legs. This only shows up after a walk or exerting energy and seems to be a stiff muscle. When she gets going her gait seems fine. She does sway quite a bit back and forth with her hips.

We've seen multiple vets, Physical Therapists, and Orthopedic Surgeons. All have cleared her hips and knees based off radiographs. She has extremely tight back muscles where if you massage up and down her spine you see the muscles twitch and clench up. We've been trying to get into a neurologist to check that off the list but ultimately are at a loss. No one can seem to give us a straight answer on what the issue is. We rest her and limit walks and activity but that doesn't seem to have much of an effect. She's been on Carprofen and Gabapentin but again neither seem to help that much

Does anyone have experience with their cane corso having "trigger Points" or an extremely tight back coupled with a limp? It only seems to primarily be on the left side. She will also lick her chest, front and back legs, and inner thighs quite excessively at times which I know is a sign of inflammation and arthritis, however Carprofen and the glucosamine and bone broth supplements she's on don't seem to be working.
