alright, so im continuing my research and the more i read the more im liking both english mastiffs and bullmastiffs and the boerboels. i know the CaneCorso has the higher of the activity levels but and he is still a route im exploring but i wanted some of your oppinions on the activity levels of the other three
are they capable of a decent hike? im not looking for 20 miles but a few miles would be nice at a easy pace of course i doubt even i could do it that fast lol. while i know the BB and CC can do it i am unsure of the other two. and iv been reading that most english mastiffs are shy is this true? i want a good guard dog who wouldent be afraid to defend my home as my lab already acts as the alarm system.
also can anyone help me iron out a few diffrences between the bullmastiff and the english mastiff? or is it mostly just size and origin?
oh and one more simple question that iv stumbled across, do males attatch better to female owners and vise versa? iv read that and havent really found any real evidence so i was wondering about your experiences.
