The collar on the second site is not that expensive, so I might give that a try after I remeasure his neck. I haven't came across petedge before, thanks.

There's a variety of collars out there with handles attached, but I don't think I've seen any where using the handle turns it into a martingale? I'll poke around a bit, but it might be something to talk to a custom leather-worker about.

Are you just looking for a handle close to the collar for quick grab access? You might look at attaching a short traffic lead or traffic stub leash to his collar instead?

Like a collar with a quick grab and will tighten when I grab

You could get a standard martingale, clip the regular leash to one of the other rings for regular work and a traffic stub to the tightening ring for quick grab work.

Are you familiar with Blocky Dogs collars they have a martingale style collar called the Dual Grip that can used as a handle. My EM wears one.

No, this is the first time I've heard about Blocky dogs. I think I'm done buying dog collars for awhile, but will keep BDs in mind!!
