Best, Stongest, most durable collar recommendations?!I

Hey everyone! I would like everyone opinion on their favorite collars! It needs to be strong, durable and did I say strong?! My Remi girl is the perfect lady in all other aspects but that when she breaks free from a collar, she WILL NOT come to me. She sticks around our house, but chases cars, darts in and out of the road and refuses to come to me or come in the house for HOURS. I nearly have an emotional breakdown, this has happened twice. It's about time to replace her collar, it was bought from Walmart about a year ago and it's done well but is wearing out, and their largest one on the last buckle is a tad on the tight side. I bought a brand new collar from Petco a few months ago, it seemed strong and durable and it was also pretty! Which is a plus. I was wrong, the whole thing fell apart on her potty break and ended up in one of the situations above. So, I put her old collar on and fear has kept me from purchasing another. I need a good collar that's strong, durable, with the "belt style" (no plastic buckles) and something pretty would be a plus. A trial run isn't an option, I can't have it break, she CAN'T get loose. She just can't. Help me!

I bought this one as a basic, everyday collar: https://www.amazon.com/RedLine-K9-Double-Leather-Collar/dp/B00HYM2ABE. It's still going strong after almost two years, and this dog used to do some pretty intense lunging on walks. For a fancy collar, I've ordered a custom 2-ply leather one from http://www.ellaslead.com/. It's also pretty durable.

Sorry--the basic collar is actually this one, with the felt lining: https://www.amazon.com/Leather-Collar-Handle-RedLine-K9/dp/B00I8X6CWQ/

Have you considered a harness for your walks? I like freedom harness (you can get it off amazon). Another bonus is if you get the kit that includes harness and leash then the leash has two connection points to the harness (both front and back clasp) so that you are double protected from any breakage.

custom leather shops.
Had Mouses made when he was 18 months and past needing to take it in to get the lettering redone, it has been great.
Ring is rated for something like 750lbs and size is from 28 to 34in if I remember right.
It is a extremely thick leather and wide so if he jerk it is gentle on his neck.
Cost was 80 dollars.
