Big dog drool

I might only be 7+ months, but I've mastered the drool.

Right. That has a big ole chunk in the bottom. They get their faces wiped before they come in the house...and this is why.

Booker is 18 weeks old and just starting to get the occasional after water dainty drool string.

Is it wrong that I am looking forward to his first big boy drool slinger?

LizM...do you really understand what it is that you are looking forward to?
Never will you have clean walls...there will be grey drip marks (sometimes chunks).
Your floors will always have Mastiff oysters...the slimy thick splat that drips from the lips.
Your co-workers will note that you have, um, there's some, ewww is that snot? on you!
Oh, and the drool in your hair that could be mistaken for hair gel, No life is never the same after they start to drool.

LOL @ mastiff oysters!
No. truly, apart from a couple of drooly Rottweilers - and I realise these are not in the same league as mastiffs - I am a drool novice.

But I am ready! My house is already a mess, my vehicles are permanently decorated with nose art and I wouldn't know what to do with a meal that didn't include dog hair. And all my friends are Certified Dog People.

So I am pretty sure I can handle drool, and if I need a support group I know where to find y'all. :p

Awesome drool pic! Ha ha ha ha! Mastiff oysters! My staff know that I sometimes will have accessories thanks to my toddler stand in Mastiff. Tali is also a slinger. The other day I was in the kitchen, and was like, what is that on the upper cabinet door? Ohhhhh.....what the heck? Yep.

I choose to view it as "charming".

I LOVE drool BUBBLES!!! :) :) :)

I feel slighted, though... I picked up a lost beagle the other day, and he left more drool marks in the car (and on me) than Denna... he was a bit overly anxious to be in a stranger's car, though. I was able to return him home within the hour due to some neighbors who recognized him (no tags on his collar, and his CHIP WAS NOT REGISTERED... note - if you have a chip in your dog REGISTER IT!!)... sorry... major side-bar! :)

Abby drools, Zoey doesn't.
Just bring out treats and Abby starts dripping lol.

The first "real drool" is always a candid moment here. I'll have to bust out the ice cream sandwiches. 6 droolers may be too much for some.

I could throw a party at my house and invite 20 people. 20 people would leave my house with drool on them. It's not IF, it's WHEN lol.

Our former Cavi had a chip. The company it was registered with went out of business....and we couldn't reregister her. Happily, she wasn't a wandering girl. Not even remotely ever.

I've been (pleasantly) surprised Bea is not a drooler LOL - was told Presa's in general aren't, but that works for me!

When I bring out the food dishes they start to just drop saliva. So funny.
