Boerboel mastiff with bump on head

Can someone please tell me whether a "conehead" on a 3 month old puppy like this is normal?

Or is it....?

Burkley just made it back from the vet and they say that she may have just hit her head playing with my older one. They took X-rays and a sample and determined it's not bone or the brain and contains only normal red blood cells. It is very hard and does not move so vet thinks its cartilage and to ice it for the next week and see if it begins to subside. Will keep posted until for sure. Thanks for the replies and concerns
