Bump on Head

Hi, I recently noticed a large, hard bump that feels like it's part of the skull on my EM's head, it's located to the left of the center of her forehead. She hasn't shown any signs of discomfort when I touch it and there's nothing noticeably wrong about her health or behavior.

Has anyone else experienced a similar case? What might this be? Will it go away by itself or should I take her to see a vet? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Could you post a picture of it? My EM has a knot on her head but it is at the top near between the ears.... it's pretty normal. But your's sounds different.
