Can anyone help me post a video?

I can't seem to make it work. I have the file on my computer and on Photobucket.

 

I just clicked on the media icon next to the image icon and cut and pasted the url , it worked in the preview

it appears it worked after I posted it too

 

Thanks, Marke. That doesn't work for photobucket. I guess I may have to create a youtube account. I think with photobucket you can only link to the video and I'd rather embed it.

 

I am mistaken I cannot get a video off photobucket to work either
