Re: Carting & harnesses

I have seen @ lowes gardening area some carts that can surely hold a little more weight than a RadioFlyer cart, also have way better tires.

I've a little garden cart thats rated for 600lbs, but the radio flyer instructions would work just fine on it. It was the basic concept I was looking at.

UPDATE:

We won a cart in the Am. Bullmastiff Rescue Raffle!

These are beautiful carts, hand made by bm fanciers. It's not exactly what I wanted but it's a start! Worth about $300.00! YAY! We should be getting it delivered in about a month; going to get Sunny used to wearing his grandfather's harness, & hopefully we'll by going to market in style! Sad part is it would have been great for Magee to ride in. I wish we could have had it for her....

Thats an awesome looking cart!
I know. I'm so happy. Can't wait to get it. Just tried Sumo's harness on Sunny & it fits, so we're just waiting for the cart to be delivered. I don't think the cart comes with the traces & clips, but they're pretty cheap. We'll see how he does. Maybe Ruby will stop play bowing to every dog she meets, & she can cart too. She's such a party animal though. :) Princess Bella can't be bothered with something as mundane as carting (eye roll) so she'll just have to stay home.

wow that's awesome Ruby, congrats on winning the cart! I've toyed with the idea on and off over the past couple of years. Tess's knees aren't good enough but I was going to get a cart so she could take me to the store and stuff since I lost my drivers licence. But truthfully I really can walk. But a cart for hauling groceries would be nice after grocery shopping.
