Chicken Feet and Pig Ears?

What‘s the general opinion on treats like chicken feet or pig ears? Our EM loves pig ears, but we are only feeding very rarely. I personally don‘t think they cause any harm, but I‘m not sure if they bring any neutritional value either.

I regularly give chicken feet. They are a good source of natural glucosamine. I just buy them whenever I find them and then dehydrate them and freeze them. Kryten will eat them raw but Jiggers won't. I will occasionally give pigs ears but like the chicken feet they a 2 crunch treat rather than something that takes time.

Thanks for your feedback, Smokeycat. I agree that those treats don‘t keep them busy for long. I‘ve also tried cow ears, but they seem to like pig ears much better.

Denna loves chicken feet and gets them in her meals, raw, pretty regularly.

She also loves the smoked pig ears. I gave her a raw ear once... she wasn't impressed. :)
