This makes me want to try a buffalo burger. Heard they're fantastic but I'm sort of a novice chef, meaning I need VERY specific instructions or I will mess it up, so I'd probably have to find a restaurant to try one at first.

Oh & I don't have a grill. Boo! :(

Love buffalo burger! Its less fatty, by alot, tastes very similer but not quite identical to beef, and is a bit heavier as in I don't generally want quite as much of it to be full.

If you can cook a hamburger you can do a buffalo burger, just remember low heat and slow cook. I do mine on my cast iron skillet.

Cool! Thanks for the tip! Sounds like something I can incorporate to my diet. Been eating better & working out since January. I've lost about 20 lbs so far. It was more but I had a little hiccup from the end of may-mid August. Just started again. :)

Good for you!

The low fat is part of the attraction for us too. Plus it just tastes good lol.
