Do you think ear crop/tail dock will ever be banned?

Yeah some breeds are just lucky that way until then many more breeds will be "modernized" Now I see CC's popping up all over the place now.

Cropping/docking was banned in the UK not because of objections to the concept of docking but because too many people used untrained people to do the docking and dogs were being left with infections and open wounds. If people wish to have a choice, and incidentally I think they should have a choice, then they must utilise that choice responsibly, if not then that choice should be lost.

Banning it just makes THAT worse. You want to stop the cropping by non-vets then 1-make it illegal to have it done by a non-vet and then 2- enforce it, with a punishment that hurts. Banning it completely just drives EVERYONE underground.
