When I read that these dogs can clear a room with their gas, I thought..how bad can it be? LOL...It can be really bad! If this is what he can do at 15 weeks I can't imagine what it will be like as an adult. Love my little Sully ..farts and all
Just an update:
I posted a while back concerning Sully's weight gain, or lack there of, and he seems to be on track. I have switched his food to Orijen LBP. And he is doing very well on it
We are having a bit of a problem with him nipping/biting, my husband. When he gets over excited or wants to play he starts to bite Ron's feet, hands arms...he even bit Rons lip over the weekend. When he does this Ron holds him down on the floor ..I guess to get him in a submissive position. In the past when he does this kind of thing to me, I have held my hand (open) in front of his face and said firmly "no". It has worked very well for me but the few time Ron has tried, the dog ignores him and keeps nipping. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Also, my vet mentioned that when Sully is standing up his paws are spreading. He said that this breed should not do this and it may be a deficiency in something. I had him on Acana and then switched him on the Orijen LBP (which he loves)...has anyone had experience with this? Is it reversable?
