Dog TV

It crashed our google tv, so our pack is out of luck. Thank goodness, they have already taken over everything else in the house.

Yeah I saw something about this the other day. Last thing I need is Junior wanting to "play" with the big screen.

Oscar still hasn't figured out the difference between the GSDs on Hogan's Heroes and actual dogs. He also has famously attacked our TV for CGI bears, Toothless (from How to Train Your Dragon), and Elmo. Full-on snark and hackles. I don't think he'd do too well with doggy cable :(

Same here. Titan ignores it unless he hears cat/kitten meows or puppy sounds. Dog barks do not phase him.

I remember once, some idiot left Animal Planet on when I was working/living @ the golden retrievers. Some program about wolves came on; 30 something goldens started howling in the middle of the night.

LOL! That's cool.

I wish could teach Thor to howl on command, everyone says he sounds like a bear when he howls, LOL.

Lol, When I leave my dog home alone I usually leave the tv on for her. Either Dog Tv or animal planet. I doubt she pays any attention to it, but my thoughts are that maybe the tv will make her feel like she isn't all alone during the day. I'm sure she just naps all day until I get home.
Does anyone else leave the TV on Dog Tv channel when they leave for work?

I leave the tv on for Titan when I leave. I feel the same as you do, Andreac, maybe he will not feel so alone with the noise in the background.

No dog stations, but we usually leave it on Nat Geo Wild.

The only time Lilly seemed fascinated was during sheep herding trials

It is only Clive Owen that Aurora has reacted to, one movie was a full face shot, intense moment of him staring at the camera talking, then came the low growl from the peanut gallery :D . Lol, he wasn't looking away and she didn't like him starring her in the eyes like that. Both my husband and myself burst out laughing.
