We are also weapons enthusiasts. Some of our plinking goodies include AR-15, Springfield XDS .45, an AI 1911, Bersa 22LR, Savage 93 22LR, a Mossberg. We are currently building a Beowolf.

Seems to be getting harder and harder to be a gun owner these days, especially here in California.
That is one reason I bought a retirement/vacation home in Arizona.

Just picked up an Israeli Tavor TAR-21 bullpup .223 with Mepro MOR Reflex bullseye sight (vis and IR laser) and a Sig P226 9mm "Combat"; I gotta stay away from gun shops for awhile :D

Couple pics of the Tavor; bullpup design will take a bit of getting used to in shooting, but it's a very smooth operating rifle and looking forward to putting a lot of rounds through it, both at the range and small game hunting.

I have a walther G22 bull pup rifle, it is not hard to get use to.
They swing well and are fun to hunt rabbits with. It has a 20 inch long barrel but overall lenght is only about 31 inches long.
This by California's laws, they must protect us from ourselves lol!
I thought gun regulations were more strict in Canada?
Tavors are hard to get in Cali, they have to be a special California design with 10 round locking mags(need a tool to remove the mag)

We got some weird regulations up here too that don't make a lot of sense. The Tavor for example is common because it is a "non-restricted" rifle, whereas anything and everything "AR" is. That means I can take and use the Tavor just about anywhere, but AR's are a pain to own in comparison.

Put some rounds through the Tavor today (ok, a LOT of rounds LOL) to get better acquainted with the bullpup design....this thing is a FUN gun to shoot no doubt!

I just picked up a couple of AR15 lowers planning builds for my wife and probably my older son
I'm like a kid in a candy shop picking out components, thought I would go for a budget build for the wife's gun, but I just can't get my self to do it. Every time I look at something I think would I want it for my gun and the answer is always the same, no. Worst part is deciding on an affordable upper assembly and fire control group.

Being from California and they're crazy gun laws, I can't own a lot of the fun stuff but do have an arsenal sam7 ak47, daniel defense v11 ar15 both semi cause fully auto is a no no in California. mossberg500 12g, sig p2022 and a hk p2000sk for the wife. Like someone else had mentioned, in California the riffles can only carry ten round with a bullet button which make switching out mags a pain.
Originally I thought I had a gun problem, but after reading what some of you guys have, my wife should be happy with my small collection. Jus not about all the ammo I go through. They really add up fast.

If someone asks you "how many guns do you own" and you can answer the question then you don't have enough guns ;)

I see a common theme on this thread and I just want to say in all caps for a moment: PICS OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN.

That being said the following is what I will publicly and internetually (is that a word? DILIGAF?) admit to owning. First my EDC.

Springfield Armory XDs. Its a single stack 5+1 semi auto in .45 acp. It likes to live in my Alien Gear IWB holster typically on my right hip. When I'm watering the grass wearing basketball shorts and crocs. While I was saying my vows. While I was dancing with my wife at our reception. The ext mag is 7rd and usually rides in a back pocket (when available). Those are Hornady Critical Defense 185gr.
