Has Anyone Taken Their Fila Camping??

Hi! Just wondering if anybody has taken their Fila Hiking or Camping. Would love to take Augustus one day. He is about six months old right now.

I wouldn't let him off leash if there was any chance of running into people. I know of Filas that have gone camping and hiking you just have to use the caution you would anywhere.

Just use common sense. I take my dog hiking off leash on trails that I can see far straight ahead with limited entrance points. On trails that have a lot turns and woods, I always use a leash. I also have good verbal control over the dog. Anytime I feel uncomfortable, I put a leash on him. Use common sense.

I take mine every year. We have a 8X6X10 portable kennel for when fellow hunters come by. Otherwise they are in he camper with us or roaming free with their blaze orange coats. Never an issue.
