My new baby♡

Hi guys, as many of you know and were such a great comfort throughout, I lost my CC baby Zeus a week ago. I knew I would feel the loss immensely, but never realized the quiet would be the part that bothered me the most. I also knew that I would have to get another baby, not to replace him, because that will never happen, but to help heal the hole in our hearts. My children of course were devastated. Well I am excited to introduce my new lil big guy Odin (Norse spin on Zeus)...he is an 8 week old EM BM mix, and I love him to pieces! I love his white chest and chin, it makes him unique, and makes him mine

Ah, a house just isn't a home without a dog in it, is it?

We suffered the same fate from the "quiet" of not having a dog around.

When we lost our first dog, we knew he would want us to get another dog, as we were in dire need of canine supervision. He was always our protector.
Our second dog filled us with so much love, that we knew he wanted us to share that with another dog. He was always out to make others happy.
That's the thing about love - it only multiplies, it can never be consumed.

Life is just better with a dog! And your new puppy sure is a cutie!!

I am blessed to have two other girls, a 5 yr old Bernese husky mix named Babygirl and a 2 yr old pug named Gracie, but they were just moping around since they lost their brother, he was a big part of our family. Odin is the spark we needed...a spunky fearless lil big guy who brings the smiles back on our faces and the play back in our girls...my life will never have a time without a furbaby, a home isn't a home without a dog

Hahaha! She is! She thinks she's a big dog too! Unfortunately this results in play injuries (puncture to the chin from Babygirl last month, and she just had stitches removed to preserve an eye Wednesday from Zeus clamping down a lil too hard) She does have hip dysplasia in her left hip, so it's slowing her down a bit! But not too much! Lol!

Congratulations on the addition, while condolences on your lost at the time. It is hard but he is adorable, and puppies have a magnificent way of helping the healing process. It really helped my mom when I gave her a puppy I had helped rescue when his owners abandoned his entire litter.
