hi, i have a 10 week old bullmastiff female. She has been awesome since we got her at 8 weeks! First, I was wondering if any of you are bullmastiff owners, what did your pup weigh at around 10 weeks? She weighs 19 pounds. I am not sure how that is compared to others. I was also wondering when you switched to adult food. I am concerned about her health and growth in all ways, but I am really concerned about her joint health because of having had a dog in the past with horrible hip problems. What can I do to help support her joints as she grows? Hope this all makes sense!

Keep her lean as in feed her what she requires not what she wants. There are a ton of glucosamine products for pets, our vet suggested after are first visit at 8 weeks. try to regulate jumping and climbing if possible keep to a minimum while she is young because the mastiff gains weight so rapidly.

Sweet baby :)
Personally I like using all stages grain free food for our dogs. Our dogs now are on Acana Grasslands, but we did have her on Taste of the Wild until the local store here stopped selling it.
It is low in protein and fat and they did great on it.
