Basically the same answer you got on your last post.

None of the groups who train service dogs use mastiffs. They're to big to be easily transportable, or to fit easily into places. They have extemely short life spans and major health problems.

You might be able to convince such a group to train up a mastiff special for you, but it would likely cost you a fortune on top of the cost of the puppy. Plus it would likely take a couple years at least.

Or you could look at training up such a dog yourself. It would also take at least a couple years, maybe longer.
