Yes! Nicknames, commands, it's all up in the air!!

Travis (the spaniel mix)- Trav, Traver, Travie, Fravis, Runt, Fluff, Fluffy, Fuzzy, Furry, Bud, Buddy, Pup, Dog, Canine, the list goes on.

Vexation (my short haired saint Bernard) - Vex (I usually call him this), Bud, Buddy, Pup, Fuzzy, Fluffy, Furry, Runt (lol), Dog, Canine

They also respond to commands in various different languages just because I sometimes be in the mood to speak random phrases in other languages do get understand English, handsigns, and a little bit of Spanish, French, German, Italian, whistles and whatever other language catches my fancy at the moment.

Honestly I could call my dogs Thing One and Thing Two and they would still understand though lol, they very patiently put up with me

Mable becomes "Mableene" or "Mamma dog" (GSD-St. Bernard/Pyr mix)
Atlas is "Baby Boy" or "My Baby" "Slo-Poke" "Lazy boy" (a 10 month old mastiff mix puppy who does NOTHING fast!)
Abner is "Big Guy" or "The Leaning Tower of Abner" (Full EM)
Grace is "Spacey Gracey" "Old Woman" "Crabby Butt" "The Boss" (14 year old, crippled up, GSD)
Echo is "Buddy JR." "My Shadow" 'Good Boy" to my husband and "lucky to be alive" "That Thing" "Your Dog!" from me (Sheltie mix)
Can you tell which dog is NOT my favorite?
