Ridiculous the most trouble me and friend of mine have is the little dogs biting our dogs first and get away with it legally like it's ok it just a little dog and some owners of little dogs think it's funny there dog bit big dog etc but as soon as big dog retaliates it suddenly all gets very serious and no 1 cares that little dog bit first etc . Ridicolous .
