Great pictures, Pastor Dave! I‘m very close to the PA border, but have never had a chance to explore the state. It looks very nice.

PA, Known as the "Keystone State" has some beauty, for sure. Thanks, all, for your kind words and compliments about the pictures. I am very appreciative. Joyce and I are keeping the grandchildren here this week...today we played "Laser Tag", a shooting game which I lost miserably, and we ate at McDonalds. a real treat. The doggies are being pretty quite, although Mr. Chev has less of an appetite and is unfortunately "making a lot of wind"...clearing the rooms , so to speak. I think I better take him out. Have a great Sunday, my MF friends. Pic..Mr. Chev getting a drink from Elk Creek.019.JPG

Is that considered "Penn State country"?

Well, I did take some post-grad classes at Pennsylvania University...aka Penn State. I guess this is Penn State country, Tyler. Chev knows nothing about such things...he is just happy being my doggie. Same with Coal-man. Today we had a birthday party at the Variety Buffet in Warren after church...a good time and good eats were had by all. Let's gab again soon. Thanks, Sheila, Tyler, Boxer Girl, Deena's mom, and the variety of those who view this posting but left no names...CU Soon.008.JPG

It has been said that, "A tired dog is a happy dog." Talk about a dog's life, however !!! My two boys have nothing to complain about, for sure. Thanks Glen and Sheila for your further comments--I am appreciative. I am soon to head out to the "flats" where my doggies run and play with no leash attached. Our former haunt, Sandy Beach Recreational Park, has a leash law on signs, and ....well, that is not much fun for the dogs. So my walking friend Perry (who no longer has a dog but almost always has treats in his pocket) and I go to the Penn Dot area, called the "flats" where the dogs can be.....ah.......dogs. Interestingly, my grandson who lives with us, used his Christmas gift money and earnings from delivering pizza to buy this little black faced mastiff puppy. He kept the dog at his girlfriend's home. Then they broke up and he came home with Mr. Chev. He told me, "I love this dog, and I paid for him. I want to keep him." I answered, "You better go talk this over with Grandma." Well, she fell in love with the little guy, who later got a lot bigger and that was that. With my profession and free time in the mornings, I take the dogs out almost every day except in the rain if it is raining with any enthusiasm. Again, have a great week, my friends. I hope I see you there......... Pic...Coal back in his "catch the Frisbee" days ready to jump. Looks like he bit this Frisbee.eye 3-2-1.jpg

Looks like Chev is starting to fill in a bit. He kind of has a little bit of a bullmastiff look. I think he's gorgeous ;)!!

Thanks so much, April. You are always so kind, besides being a "well-known" member like yours truly. Chev is lovey dovey...lying with himself on my feet during a TV show or whatever. I tried to take a nap on the floor with the doggies this afternoon, but Chev and Coal vied for attention, and between the two of them, I got no napping. I think my canine friends are very happy and well-settled. Have a great weekend !!
