Oh yeah I remember Lennox, its why I posted this link. The UK sucks for this kind of thing.

It won't make a difference unfortunately, all it will take is the council employee saying he's "traumatised" ,which apparently occurs in the UK if you do any more than breath near someone, and we have this big want to be a victim" culture in England at the minute. This will be the same as all the other cases ignorant fools with no knowledge of dogs making decisions without any regard for the heartbreak they cause.
