Presa Canario Food?!

Hi, My presa canario puppy just turned 4 months yesterday and I've been noticing that she's having some trouble putting on weight. She just weighed in at 34 lbs. Her sister and littermate, on the other hand, seems to be doing much better. I'm beginning to feel very concerned as I have already switched her food once and it seems to have given her bouts of diarrhea and upset stomach. Now that she's somewhat used to the food (Blue Buffalo PUPPY Wilderness, no grain formula), I'm wondering whether I should switch to something that isn't quite as rich? My question to other presa owners is what food is mostly recommended in this case, in order to help with weight gain as well as to improve her stool (it varies from solid to liquid). The vet has had a look at her and says she's not unwell and simply needs to switch to something her stomach can handle better. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

**Also, I've attached a most recent pic of her, incase someone would like to see how she looks in terms of weight, etc.**11815877_10155914971835603_1943962871_n.jpg11815877_10155914971835603_1943962871_n.jpg

She looks great, thin is better than fat.
Slow and steady weight gain is better and easier on their joints.
Most mastiff breeds don't need puppy food, too much calcium and too many calories.
Most of us who feed kibble feed grain free, chicken free as many mastiffs have allergies to some chicken products.
My CC Abby breaks out in hives when we give her chicken products other than boiled chicken breast.
I feed both my CC's Nutro large breed lamb and rice adult and have since they were puppies.

Norman is eating Blue B asic large breed lamb and sweet potato. It is grain free and poultry free, doing great one it. He has allergies , it took many tries to find a food he tolerates

What DDSK said! She looks good, slow steady growth is much better for long term health - remember it can take up to 3 years Presas to reach their full size. I've been using Orijen kibble exclusively for all my dogs for awhile now with great results - it's NOT from China LOL, is a high protein complete kibble with no grain or chicken (using Six Fish) and they seem to love the taste. If you do change food again, just do it slowly over a period of time where you gradually reduce the old formula while increasing the new brand.

SinghA you're good where you're at, like said before you don't want to put a lot of weight on her too early.
I currently feed Blue Buffalo Freedom (grain free) Large Breed Puppy which has kept Thor pretty lean compared to his litter mates.
He weighed in at 88lbs at 8 months and didn't get to weigh him this past weekend (8 1/2 months).
I would love to feed Origen but that's some expensive stuff!
1st pic in the backyard and second at his advanced class at petsmart (weird angle makes his head look big:p). Both around 8 months.

MoMo - that 2nd picture is awesome! Kinda reminds me of the JRT from "The Mask" movie (when he's wearing the mask). :)

He's a healthy, happy looking pup for sure MoMO and a real looker too!
Thanks Cobalt! Bea looks good man, I was looking at how thick she is already it's a healthy lean thick (if there's such thing lol). I can't wait until Thor starts putting on some of that weight. No rush at all though!

It's a challenge to keep them from adding weight too quick, but she gets LOTS of exercise and that certainly helps them add lean muscle. She's levelled out these past few weeks at 105 or so, but she's gone though those episodes before and then another growth spurt. Like Thor, she's happy and healthy - that's what counts, thanks again :)
