Rocky was pulled from the to be destroyed list from NYCACC euthanasia 2 weeks ago. He is currently located in Frederick, PA. Rocky is an older guy, we know that he does not do well with male dogs. Rocky needs some TLC and will be a great dog for a single dog home.
