Same issue with your site the last two times I have tried to get on...

The last two times I have tried to get on (with a saved in chrome password no less) your site has proceeded to lock me out claiming the password is incorrect and I have had to wait a little while, then get you to send me a new password and then reset my information. I made sure when it happened the first time that I set it to the password that I use for all my non-bill related sites so that there could be no mistake and allowed Chrome to save the new password once I was sure it worked. Low and behold, I try again today and once again your site has for some reason decided that it does not like my SAVED password. I do not know what the issue is, since I check it on my end once I have completed the reset, but you really need to fix whatever is causing y'all to constantly reset my password. I am not appreciating this.

This happens to me frequently too...In my opinion not a big deal. It does save my user name, and then I just type in my password each time...takes 2 seconds :)

Mx, I'd be fine with typing my password in, but it doesn't want to accept that either. And I will sit here and peck in order to make sure it is correct. I could see this if anything on my end had changed, but it hasn't and I don't have much patience for encountering the same problem repeatedly after doing something correctly and taking extra time to make sure it is correct.

I wonder if it's something to do with Chrome?

I "stay logged in" and don't have a problem - but I don't have Chrome save the password... I have to type it in if I ever get logged out (which rarely happens).

Do you stay up to date with all the operating system updates? I wonder if there's a security patch that is interfering with the process...

Chrome saves my password and I've never had this problem. I understand your frustation. One of the admins should be able to help you figure it out.

Definetly message one of the admins, but you might try it in a different browser too. I recently had a problem with Firefox (not with this site) that turned out to be VERY FF recent version dependant. It drove me NUTS.....till I tried a different browser and presto!

Sorry, I misunderstood what you were saying. Have you tried changing your password and seeing if a new one works better? And, like Ruth said...what browser are you using? I use Google Chrome, and it works well. And, if you want to block the ads, Google adblock plus works really well. I never had a clue how many ads there were on this site until I logged on from my daughters computer last night. Hope this gets straighten out for you soon :)

Seems to be straight now (Chrome ran an update this morning at like 4am for some reason. Thanks for all the help everyone. Apparently my browser wasn't liking things and wasn't telling me so. Sorry for ranting. :)
