The last two times I have tried to get on (with a saved in chrome password no less) your site has proceeded to lock me out claiming the password is incorrect and I have had to wait a little while, then get you to send me a new password and then reset my information. I made sure when it happened the first time that I set it to the password that I use for all my non-bill related sites so that there could be no mistake and allowed Chrome to save the new password once I was sure it worked. Low and behold, I try again today and once again your site has for some reason decided that it does not like my SAVED password. I do not know what the issue is, since I check it on my end once I have completed the reset, but you really need to fix whatever is causing y'all to constantly reset my password. I am not appreciating this.
