Goodmorning, My Gigi, 1 year old has a shedding problem. She started this when she had her first heat cycle at 9 months. It is so bad I have to clean her kennel and around every couple days.
And she stopped eating her grain free large breed pup food, lost 5lbs. So I tried a different flavor, she wouldn't touch it. She went 3 days without eating anything made herself sick, vomiting all over. I bought canned food just so she would eat. Well that went well since been buying crappy Alpo meaty, and of course she eats it with no problems. But my only concern is that she isn't gaining much weight.
She lots a little slim to me. I took her to the vet to make sure she was okay. Vet said he couldn't see anything wrong. Well I am just wondering If anyone else is having this issue? Now she weights approx 70lbs.
(FOR U THAT DON'T KNOW HER STORY, SHE WAS 4LBS@ 8WKS. super tiny) We have come along way & she is healthy)
