It should be pretty snug but with the loose neck skin on mastiff breeds, you will have to keep adjusting it. When you put it up behind her ears make sure you smooth out her skin so there is not to much under her neck by her jaw, then tighten it so its pretty snug , if that makes any sense to you lol, easier to show then explain.

LMAO, I get it but I don't help :) my boys and girls interchange collars and leads all the time so it is hard to get irritated at others when I don't make it easy for them.

At the last show I was at with the two formy babies, I showed Sequoia and then put her up and let Rowan out and someone came to give me something, having seen Sequoia all weekend and called Rowan by her name. I said no this is Rowan, he smile and said well their heads/bodies were huge and similar so short of bending down how would he know :)

I bet most of them aren't doggy people though! I am terrible, I remember the dog's name before I remember who it is who owns it, I have to think about it sometimes! Perhaps it is because I am getting older!!! Ha Ha!
