This poor dog was tied to the fence today at the shelter in West Virginia.

Weighing in at only 82 lbs instead of the robust 120-150 that her breed should be. Susie is now at Animal Control being fed and cared for. Her left leg is deformed and the ribs are showing. Let's help this poor girl and get her a good loving home. She has had a rough time during her short lifetime. At least help get her in a foster home.
