  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

Toys your dogs ACTUALLY play with.

I want to see photos of your fur babies playing with the toys they actually use and love. I have plenty lying around and my dogs don't seem very excited about any of them. They also tend to tear up toys fairly quickly and the supply is dwindling. I'm in the market for some new ones. I want to have a few that any puppy guests I have might like to play with.

I'd also like to know where you got it and how much it was if you remember. Thanks everyone!

The Jolly Ball has made it for more than two months, with just the handle being demolished. Somewhere in my house there are eight large extreme Kongs that have all made it past the one year mark that we fill with various things.

Jolly Balls are winners in my house too. The only other toy to last is the large Cuz.

All of Hector's favorite toys are easily destructible. His favorite are balls from plushy ones to rubber. He also likes my crocheted balls. The coon tail and coconut were awesome while they lasted.

This West Paw Design tug of war toy is a favorite. It's made of a durable rubber (he's a hard puller) and doesn't give me rope burn when I play with him. I think it was around $15 on Amazon.

I hate that every supposedly indestructible toy, is putty in the paws of my 10 month old EM. So far, rope toys are the best, but my dogs don't find them interesting beyond about five minutes. I want to find a toy that is interesting, yet the innards aren't a hazard. I have nothing.

I have had all sorts of toys but the only thing Bear wants to play with is the flirt pole. He constantly drags it from person to person trying to get someone to play with him. He tries to bring it in the house but I won't allow it. He is seriously obsessed with that thing...

No photos, but ditto on the Jolly ball and thanks for the reminder to buy another Cuz! Those are great and very durable.

Booker is teething and a total pirhana right now. I have several tea towels I knot up, soak in water and freeze for him. They also make great tugs. His other chewie currently is a deer antler. He completely ignores the nylabone toys I bought him.

All three dogs like plastic water bottle to crunch. I put a few kibble pieces inside so they have to work to get them out.

my clothes. They prefer my clothes over any kind of toys I buy for them - and they have plenty!

Never heard of crochet balls / bones! (Heh! giggle!)

But I can sort of crochet! Did you make them or buy them?

Made them. I haven't made any in awhile. Single crochet with double stranded yarn. I try to choose thicker yarn. Don't go too thick, otherwise you'll get yarn burn lol.

Awesome! I especially love the donut! I'll have to check Ravelry for a pattern. I have loads of bits of yarn from this and that. Of course Tali will want me to fill them with cheese...but no, no, no.
