Update on Bear

So it's been a while... My husband and I have been working with Bear with commands like "sit", "hold it", "wait for it", we will ask for "paw" and the direct him to switch and give us the other paw and he does great! I am to the point when I look at him a curtain way he knows I'm giving the command to "sit" without having to say a word :) I am however still having little problems with potty training!! When he pees and poos outside I do the "happy dance" tell him good boy, if I have treats on hand he gets them too, he knows he did good you can tell in his behavior. When we are home and he runs around with Demo (his "uncle" pit bull) we keep the back door open and he will still potty on the carpet! Last night he peed on the bedroom floor right in front of me! He is kept outside when I go to work (he has plenty if clean water and plenty of shade and a pond for him to cool off in-he loves to swim but HATES a bath) any way... He poops on the back deck! Or under it, when I bring him out myself I take him to either the fence line or the back of the yard where it's the least traveled so we don't step in it. I don't know what to do about this, I don't yell or fuss I just say "did you do that??" Pointing and then guide him outside and put the poop where it should be (while he sees this, trying to show him where to go) and tell him "this where you poo poo" or something indicating to poo in that area but no result so far. Also chewing and biting! I make him new toys often! Out of rope or old towels n stuff , he loves them , I freeze some to help with teething (because I'm sure this is the reason for chewing) but he ate my flip flops and chews the blanket on my bed...He also try's to bite at me, not to hurt me there's no pressure, but as a way if saying "you can't tell me what to do" type thing... Idk any advise..... Also here is an updated photo he is now 4 moths old :)

I would recommend taking him potty while on leash and tell him to potty. It can take a pup 20-25 minutes to do their business. Have a controlled potty time until he gets the message to not potty in the house.
