"Vicious"
I was wondering if anyone had read the book "Vicious." It's a story about two Presas named Demon and Delilah who were severely abused (beaten and cattle prodded) and used as fighting dogs. I'm only about 1/4 of the way into the book but so far it looks pretty stupid. The dogs run away from their owner but before they go, Demon rips his throat out. Now, they're terrorizing a group of people who are visiting the house in which the dogs have taken up refuge.
I usually hate books like this because there's always some dumbass who forgets it's fiction and will harm these specific breeds. However, the author writes a nice disclaimer at the beginning of the story making sure people understand that it's not the breed's fault, and to blame the people who turn these dogs vicious. The author's name is Bryan W. Alaspa.
I don't know much about Presas but I'm hoping for a happy ending to this book.
So, now that I've rambled, has anyone else read "Vicious?"
