Hey all! I constantly see negative posts all over the internet about presa canario. Well id like to set the record straight. I have a male unclipped boxer who is 13, and now a 13 week old male presa lab mix. My presa and boxer are very well mannered. I think people dont understand what it means to have a dog, and I mean any dog. Most people are bitten by golden retrivers and labs then any other. I have two kids, 6 and 2 and im pregnant with our last. Dogs are pack animals, you have to arrange your pack and keep it in line, anyone with kids knows this. Also I think its important that owners understand that you dont have to hit your dog for them to listen. Both males are very submissive to everyone in the house, but also very protective. As a puppy we pin. Which simply means when ares starts to get out of line we pin him to the ground and say no. He is fully potty trained, and knows lay down, and kennel. I also feel that all dogs should be kennel trained. Well I hope this form will be a great place for me and my dogs. I cant wait to learn more!

Presas are great and your dog look beutyfull, a presa-lab mix sounds like a handfull, a very active dog i mean.

He is pretty active, but he has two kids to play with and he still has the lazy tendencies a full presa would inside the house. He was an accident breeding, and the owner was giving them away for free. He has a backyard to run around in, and will start his leash training very soon. Thank you very much
