We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.
LOL you can take that little stinger thing off, I just wrapped it around the collar so you could attach it if you wanted to. I can find you a link on how to do a cow hitch.
It looks good on him and you have plenty of reflection for night or evening walking too.
Stick the loop halfway through the center ring on the collar, stich the tail of the stinger through the loop that is sticking past the ring. Pull the stinger all the way through and it will make it's own knot.
like this but think of the stick as the ring

Thanks Mike, I'll give that a try. I took Titan for his first walk with his new collar. I had more confidence with him. He did really well and I had to do a quick jerk once. He coughed and stopped pulling. He'll get used to the pulling and not cough, right?
Yep I like it on him. The cow hitch is pretty easy right?
He should get used to it but remember a fast correct then release. If he pulls do a correction then release until he understands how this collar works. Steady pulling from him will just make him immune to the collar until you do a correction.
Roger that. I'm in training with the collar, as well as Titan. I'm used to pulling on his flat collar when he lunged. He doesn't lunge as much as he used to lunge.
I am so happy it is working out for you. I know with that snap and release the sound is also a part of the effect. They hear that chain tighten up and they think "Here is come I gotta stop doing what I was doing" I have to make Jade a new one and Odi his first one. Jade ignore her collar because it is not loose enough to get the full effect of a correction. Odi has just finally gotten big enough for a proper collar.
