Well, It looks like Heat number 2 has started...

Came home from work this evening to some funny red spots on the tile. This will be Lucia's second heat. The first one she had a false pregnancy, I'm really hoping she doesn't have to deal with that again.

Other than getting super clingy with me she's fine. Lol. Last heat she turned to Velcro with me and so far this time seems to be a repeat.

I've heard they become very clingy when they are in heat. I've never owned a female so I have never experienced the heat sessions.

Our first rottie was a bitch she was always velcro,weve always had dogs since,she had a phantom pregnancy on the first but never again,

I am told that Boerboels almost always have a false pregnancy after heat cycles. So far I have to agree.
