    Default Most excited person ever because...

    My girlfriend and I just bought the best English Mastiff EVER!!!!


    We went yesterday to look at the last male the breeder had available. Not the last of the litter. The breeder we found was the owner of the dam and kept 3 males and 1 female, while the owner of the sire took 2 males and 1 female. We ended up falling in love with him, his coloring, and temperament. The dad is currently 2 years old and weighing in at 220. The mom is 3 years old and weighs approx 160.

    I have been researching the breed for around a month and a half now. Originally was looking at Cane Corso's but changed my mind after reading about the English Mastiff's "chillness".

    Anyways, the puppy turned 5 weeks old today and will be available for pick up on the January 31. I have already learned a lot from this forum which is much needed. Thank you!

    And of course some pictures...

    (Oh and we are still working on a name so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.)
