Thread: Hi dee ho neighbor

    Cool Hi dee ho neighbor

Hi all. My name is Reina. I love many Molosser breeds though I have not had the chance to have one for myself. All that I've read and seen about the Cane Corso since I found out about it 7 years ago has caused me to fall in love with it more than I have with any other breed, so that's saying something! I also like the Presa Canario and South African Boerboel a lot, and other ones..

I hope to obtain an obedience trainer certification soon and then will probably make a final decision on a CC breeder (so many good ones to choose from) soon after, for the goal of showing and several sporting disciplines.

I'm in BC, Canada, and would love to talk to other people near me interested in these breeds!

    Thanks for reading.

    Hi Reina!

How is the search going for your dog? How is your training going?

    Hope all is well.
    Ciao,

Learning is always happening between the dog and owner - if your dog isn't learning what you want them to, perhaps the tables have been turned.

    Thanks all!!

NeoBull, unfortunately I had to put my 12 year old down in winter, 2010, which was really hard. She was a Great Dane-Lab mix, 30" at shoulder and 95 lbs . So, I don't currently have a dog. It's been over a year but I'm still not used to it.

Mary, I have a few breeders on the top of the list. It would be optimal to go and see them first before making any decisions. I am definitely not in a hurry though. I want to make the best choice even if it means taking several trips into the States. I have not yet started the training program. I hope to this year if everything goes as planned! I'm getting involved with my city's kennel club so the next meeting I will actually meet the owners of the dog training school that I'm going to go to! It's exciting. Hope everything is well with you too!
