Yeah!!! Welcome new Puppy Rhaegar!!!
There's another more "experienced" Rhaegar here on the forum... he's an awesome dog, from what I've read, so a good mentor for "Rhaegar the Younger"!
As for raw feeding - there's a lot of info here on the forum in a sub-group under the Health & Nutrition sub-forum.

I switched Denna to a home prepared raw diet based on the "Whole Prey Model Raw" (WPMR) guidelines when she was about 6 months old - and we're both still loving it, more than 5 years later. It took me a good 6 months to get my "system" down... and I'm an engineer in my day job, so everything is organized in a spreadsheet to make sure everything is balanced per the WPMR guidelines. I'm more relaxed with it now, but still follow the basic outline:
Whole Prey Model Raw Diet: 80% Meat + 10% Bone + 5% Liver + 5% Other Organs
No veggies. The 10% Bone is fed within other cuts of meat, which for me includes lamb or pork ribs (30% bone) or whole chicken (25% bone), so there's some math involved. The "other" organs are mostly kidney, but I do try and find more exotic stuff when I can. The complete "other" list is Kidneys, Spleen, Pancreas, Testes, Thymus and Brain.
I do add veggies pretty regularly, but stick to broccoli, cauliflower, squash and carrots for the most part. They don't provide much for nutrients - dogs have very limited enzymes for digesting cellulose, so unless cooked, frozen and/or pureed, the nutrients remain locked in the cell walls. If you don't believe me, feed your dog a raw carrot and then watch it come out the other end, in exactly the same shapes in which it was swallowed. My pup sees them in the piles she produces, and thinks it's a great treat to get to eat them again! ICK.
But, anyway... I use veggies to regulate poop size and firmness (to alleviate constipation issues and manage anal gland expressions, which is a unique deal with Denna, so hopefully not something you need to worry about).
Rice, grains, etc, again... not needed unless you are looking for empty calories or need to add fat to your dog (grains are often used to 'fatten up' healthy dogs for the show ring, where judges tend to like a little extra 'padding'... grains are also used a LOT to fatten up cattle prior to slaughter for human consumption, so it's not just a carnivore thing).
I look forward to hearing more about Rhaegar's adventures!
With many more pictures to come, too, I hope!!
