Welcome. I don't know if its available in the UK but I use Trupanion. Unfortunately I just started my first claim but I heard back within 2 weeks. It covers genetic disorders ad long as they haven't been diagnosed prior to of within the first 30 days of enrollment. Illness/accident I believe us a week.
