  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

After 4 years of research and study this breeder (me) is about to have his first litter.

After so my due diligence and learning everything I can about this wonderful breed, I decided to step foot into the breeders arena. I found my perfect female almost two years ago. She is now ready for her first breeding. She has excellent bloodlines. She's been tested and cleared 100 % genetically. She's our baby and I've finally found a stud I think will compliment her perfectly. Let me know what you think about the match. She's right at 90LBs and he's around 135. Plenty of champions all along the both bloodlines. She a little sassy but and incredible worker and fantastic in public. He's a mellow dude that I think is just magnificent.

Here you go

Congratulations.

Mufasa is a good looking dude. I used to follow Americana and I have had a few texts with Silas; but that didn't go anywhere for a couple reasons.

I researched the breed for a handful of years, but still feel like I know mostly a surface level of information on it. Would you say your female has the Boxer influence?

Face planes to convergent on the female for my taste, but if she got the temperment vgo for it!
Good luck, I hope you have a bunch of wonderful pups.

Thanks for asking...Unfortunately, it didn't...Doing invitro. I think the vet waited a little long. Will be trying again in about a month or so. Of course, I had to grab another sweet baby formentino. Here are a few pics of her. Joovie yard small.jpgJoovie with ball.jpgJoovie in the yard with cat.jpgJoove relax in yard small.jpg

She is the daughter of the Male that I'm breeding with in top pick in this post. Georgius male. She just turn 6 months in these pics. I think she'll be a looker too. Incredible temperament and great foundation. Excellent bloodlines.

She definitely has a bit of an underbite. A ton of European/Italian in her bloodlines. Definitely in the lighter ultra-athletic group for this breed.

She is beautiful
Thank you...Congratulations on an amazing litter. Does the big grey pup on the outside have a tint of moms color in it? The pups look very healthy and chunky. Sorry to hear that you lost one of them...Always sad when that happens. Mom looks fantastic. She also looks like she taken to them extremely well. So nice. Where are you located? Is Gambler the father or do you have another sire?

Like I said...my little girl "Juventas" just hit the 6 month old mark a few days ago. She a thick/solid 71 LBS. Really nice bone for a female. Seems to be hitting very similar monthly weight marker to Gambler. I think you said Gambler was right at 80 LBS at 7 months. She'll be close to that. Dad is BIG at 135-140 and Mom is very solid at 115ish. I don't think she'll be quite as tall and long as Gambler though.

Thank you for the congratulations on the litter. There is 1 possible blue/blue brindle(f), 1 fawn(m), and 2 Formentinos(m,f). Olive is doing great with her pups. We are located in Davenport, Iowa. Gambler is the father. He has gotten bigger since we last posted. I am going to try and update pics of him and Olive. I think he is around the 115-120lbs mark. Juventas is a very pretty female.

Thank you...Looking for good things from her. She's a little hardheaded at times but fantastic temperament. Daily work to get her as well rounded (trained) as my black female. Both are excellent out in public.
