Hi Bolushi,
The bloodhound is not a breed I have ever seen in the flesh in Ireland but I did see on TV a few years ago trials for a working Irish search and rescue Bloodhound.
Do the dogs in the photos hunt / work, can you tell us a bit about them ?

They live in the backyard 24/7. Right now they don't have much area to roam around in, especially because hurricane Ian came through here in Florida and part of our fence is down and there's a downed fence on the other side of the yard that we have to fix so that we can give them more roaming area.
They don't work, but they hunt if they see something. They've killed 4-5 small animals. I wish they could work, their owner is a hunter, but he got them and then never actually tried them out because I guess he figured there was no use in them so they just became family dogs. Previously they got more human interaction but now they don't get much of it. The other day though I let them out on the deck and gave them attention for a while until they went back to their ''enclosure''. They're weirdly content with it, they sleep a lot.
Luke (smaller male) is an asshole and Bo is a bully, so sometimes they end up bitching at each other over something stupid, but they always end up getting over it in a few seconds lol.
Pretty cool though, I love 'em. They're about 4 years old.
