I live in PA, I can tell you this-an insurance company is not supposed to be allowed to drop you due to breed-however-they do get around this by making rates extremely high if you have what they deem by their statistical analysis to be dangerous.
I, of course should not be affected by this, because, after all, I have a *Maltese Mix* confirmed by the 1st DNA analysis...
---but they do ask a LOT of questions as soon as you answer 'yes' to having a pooch.
