Bullmastiff female puppy chest proeminence

I bought 4 days ago a cute 15 weeks bullmastiff female puppy( my 4 year daughter named her Skye),and I saw a proeminence in the chest the other day.
I will attach some photos
Can someone please tell me if there is a problem now or in the future for the healty development of Skye.
