Peretti cane corso? This is where we were going to get our cane corso before we decided that an English mastiff would be better for our family. He was very nice and informative, and I think if I ever decide to get a cane corso, it will be from them.

I don't know them personally, but this summer I met Palermo at a show, and he is stunning with a great temperament.

Yes. I researched cane corso breeders for almost a year! I actually heard of them through the breeder i ended up picking. They get a lot of their dogs from my breeder (tony scandy, Scandifio cane corso). I cant say much about the breeder expect that Tony has awesome dogs, the pup i got from him is healthy with a great temperment.

They are pretty well known in the corso world. I don't think there is any members on here that have dogs from him but you can always check the other corsi boards for references.

Sorry, I am not part of the corso world, that is why I was asking lol
Sorry I wasn't trying to be rude, I just thought you wanted to know if we had heard of them :)
Yes I have, although I have no experience with them or their dogs, so have no info one way or another.
In the CC world, it is kinda like the Fila, only with more factions it seems lmao.
There are those that are loyal to AM lines, those that are IT lines, those that are more drawn to the "rustic" dogs, then those that favor the modern... There is hyper type, working, show... So the breed tends to be a little more cliquey, people stay within their circles.
People "hear" of breeders, but is best to speak to those with experience with them.
From what I know of peretti, they show, health test and back up their dogs and those that have gotten dogs from them are happy with the interactions they have :)

As Cody said it wasn't to be rude. The corso community is a small one and there are lots of different fractions in it and often people stick to their own. As I didn't have any personal experience with them and haven't met any of their dogs then I don't feel comfortable commenting on them.

Sorry to bring this post back up but I am getting my puppy in a few weeks. I ended up choosing Casanova Cane Corso in NY who bred Mirage with Peretti's Palermo. Both breeders are great and very helpful, so that much I can add. Ill be posting pics soon, and words can not describe how in love I am with this breed and I dont even have her yet lol
