Hi All,

My name is Brad, I am new to the forum and wanted to say hi. I own a male Cane Corso named "Blue" and a male Boerboel named "Parka". Parka is just a pup, about 6 months old, and Blue is 2.5 years old. They are both great dogs.

While they spend most of their time sleeping on our couch or riding around town with my wife, Blue and Parka are actually working dogs. Their job is to help protect our property from predators during the warmer months of the year.

We also own some Caucasian Ovcharka who are working dogs as well. Their job is to protect our property from predators at night (when it's cool) and in the winter months. They are also wonderful dogs.

Thanks everyone for the welcome! I was stoked when I found a mastiff forum. Mastiff breeds are secretly becoming my favorite.

I'd be happy to answer any question you might have. As for learning resources, it's hard to find good non-biased and non-sensational info on the internet about CO, unfortunately.

well, i only have one BB myself that stays with me. but i helped my mom get one, my pawpaw get one, my uncle get one, and even helped my vet get one! lol. luv em! if i don't wind up with a fila or presa next, it will def be another BB. such a great breed if you know the right places to get one from. maybe i'll post some pics of all of them....
