Hi my name is Cody, we live in Calgary Canada, I currently have a 5.5 year old Boxer.
I had to put my Cane Corso (VN's Dolce Mia, aka Dolce) to sleep 2 weeks ago today. It was probably the hardest day of my life and I will miss her always, but as my 5 year old son put it, "it's okay, I hear her barking in my heart" kids are amazing!
I am currently waiting for my CC next pup, which hopefully will be born in either April or June, depending on mom's heat cycle, lol. So I have a long wait ahead of me. I am a huge Mastiff fan, Mastiff's of all types and am currently considering an English Mastiff pup as well.
I am looking forward to meeting everyone here, and chatting with you all.
Oh I also fostered a Bullmastiff in Montreal many years ago, and am looking forward to the day I can take up rescue again. But as I run a daycare out of my home, it is not a possibility at this time.
Okay I guess that is it for now...

Welcome! So sorry to hear about Dolce. Your son's reply that he can hear her barking in his heart made me cry; that's so special. Glad to hear you're expecting a new cc puppy soon. What is your boxer's name?

Thanks for your kind words, it is hard as we know. We love them so much.
Our Boxer's name is Joe. He is an idiot. lol, still I love him. My husband is the boxer guy, I am slowly trying to convert him to the Mastiff side and have him currently excited about the addition of another CC.

So sorry to hear about your cc. Your son has an amazing heart! Good luck with your new puppy! I would be so sad if my Kane Cocoa Krispie passed. You are in my prayers!

busted Sabrina...
Lol, well, we were offered the chance at an amazing show quality pup that is now 9 months old and co-owned by a friend of mine. He was planning on sending her to Europe to be shown, but as of July 1st we can show here in Canada, it was an offer I couldn't refuse.
I have been watching this litter since it was announced, and never thought we would have the fortune of receiving one of these babies, as the breeder retained most of the litter.
Aurora del'Agreste has now slid effortlessly into our home, family and hearts.
She is from different lines then the pup I was waiting on, but we couldn't be happier with how things worked out. The female I was looking at wasn't bred after all, so there is no hard feelings.
